AutoPass supports license reporting through GUI & non GUI APIs.
Non-gui APIs depends on the operating system for Daylight Saving Time support and will not be affected by the Daylight Saving Time change as long as the operating system supports it.
GUI depends on the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) for Daylight Saving Time calculations and will not be affected by the Daylight Saving Time change as long as JRE supports it.
In case, JRE or the Operating System don't support the new DST changes, its effect on the various kinds of licenses supported by AutoPass is as follows:
1. Instant-On license: No effect
2. Permanent license: No effect
3. temporary/evaluation license: Non GUI APIs may report the expiry date 1 day earlier than the expected date. GUI APIs will report a difference of 1 hour in the expiry date.
