HP - SPI Dynamics software support
On 01 August 2007 HP officially acquired SPI Dynamics, a leading provider of Web application security assessment software and services. HP and SPI Dynamics are committed to providing you with expert service and support while we consolidate and optimize our support operations to gain better efficiencies.
We are in the process of unifying our support tools to deliver one experience and one voice across all HP Software customers, and we are excited about rolling out the HP Software Support Online (SSO) to our former SPI Dynamics customers. We will add updates as the transition times near. Until this unification is complete, we ask that customers seeking support for HP/SPI products continue to contact the HP/SPI Support team directly. Effective 01 October 2007 new and renewed contracts will include the HP Support Agreement. Customers with these contracts will receive a "Welcome to Support" letter from HP with their companies' Service Agreement ID (SAID). Your SAID allows access to the HP SSO and HP phone support. Support requests initiated using the SAID will be transferred to the SPI Dynamics support system. However, as noted above, it is recommended that support requests go directly to the HP/SPI Support team:
