As part of the HP OpenView portfolio of personalized support services, HP offers the HP Care Pack OpenView Advantage Service, formerly called Customer Care Advantage, as the first level of personalized support services to our HP OpenView customers.

Aimed specifically at HP OpenView managed IT system and network environments, Advantage Service support the task of ensuring an optimum infrastructure environment. Qualified and experienced HP OpenView engineers deliver proactive and personalized support services that have been identified as key components of the value chain.
