Program overview
Hewlett-Packard (HP) is announcing the obsolescence of HP OpenView Performance Insight (OVPI) 4.6 and associated Reporting & Network Solutions (RNS) 4.0 Report Packs. HP support for these products will be provided as indicated by the dates listed below.

If you have already upgraded to OVPI 5.0 or 5.1, please contact your local contract administrator or HP OpenView Services Integrator (SVI partner) so that your support contract can be updated accordingly. Customers with an active support contract for OVPI 4.6 should have received the OVPI 5.0 or 5.1 media. If you did not receive this media, please contact your local contract administrator or HP OpenView Services Integrator (SVI partner) to have the corresponding release shipped to you.
