Program overview
Hewlett-Packard (HP) is announcing the obsolescence of HP OpenView Route Analytics Management System (RAMS) 2.5. HP support for these products will be provided as indicated by the dates listed below.

If you have already upgraded to RAMS 3.0, please contact your local contract administrator or HP OpenView Services Integrator (SVI partner) so that your support contract can be updated accordingly. Customers with an active support contract for RAMS 2.5 should have received the RAMS 3.0 media. If you did not receive this media, please contact your local contract administrator or HP OpenView Services Integrator (SVI partner) to have the corresponding release shipped to you.
