Program overview

Hewlett-Packard (HP) is announcing the version discontinuance of HP OpenView Service Desk (SD) version 4.0. HP is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to you while you determine your future strategy for your Service Desk products, and will provide support as indicated by the dates listed below.

Customers are recommended to upgrade to Service Desk version 4.5, which is available to customers with an active support contract for Service Desk version 4.0 as a "1 for 1" license upgrade.
