Check out the Service Manager Forum!
February 25, 2011: We now have experienced HP support engineers actively joining the Service Manager forum to contribute to discussion threads. If you haven’t already joined the community you can do so easily from the SSO page by clicking on "HP Software Solutions Community" and then by selecting "Products > IT Service Management > Service Manager > Support Forum". You will need to sign in by clicking on the "Sign In" link at the top of the screen, entering (or creating) your HP Passport credentials, and creating your community screen name.
To start a new thread go into the support forum and click on "new message" button.
To reply to an existing thread simply click on the Subject Title of the message (in bold). This will open the thread, and then click on the "Reply" button.
