Welcome to HP - ASC software support22 August 2008
In our ongoing effort to consolidate support services, we are consolidating the current SPI Dynamics toll free and the HP toll free support numbers. In addition, the old SPIDYNAMICS e-mail gateway "QM Security-ProductSupport" and "spisupport@hp.com" will be removed from service. These changes are scheduled to be completed on October 31 2008.
After these changes are complete there will be three methods of contacting the ASC Support center, 800 633 3600, the HP Software Support Online (SSO) portal and local call centers. HP SSO is a fast, efficient way to access the interactive technical support tools needed to manage your business, allowing you to quickly solve issues or log support cases electronically.
Quick Reference:
In order to effectively utilize these services you will need your SAID. If you do not have your SAID:
- For America’s customers: If you require assistance with your SAID, please send an email to americas.saidinfo@hp.com.
- For European customers: If you require assistance with your SAID, please send an email to emea.saidinfo@hp.com.
- For Asia-Pacific customers: If you require assistance with your SAID, please send an email to apj.saidinfo@hp.com or contact your Software maintenance renewal representative. To locate your maintenance renewal representative, please contact your local sales office.
- In an emergency please contact sales QM Security-Sales.

HP SSO provides a comprehensive suite of resources and tools to assist you in better managing your HP Software infrastructure - extensive knowledge base for self-solve, online product manuals, around the clock - 24/7. Please keep your SAID available, as you will need it to register and obtain access to HP SSO. Also, please cascade this message to anyone in your organization that needs this information.
