Let the new HP OpenView Premier Services offering take your HP OpenView management environment to the next level!
On the 1st of February 2003 HP launched the HP OpenView Premier Services offering. As part of the HP OpenView portfolio of personalized support services, the HP OpenView Premier Services offering has been designed to be a very flexible package of services in which the customer controls. By partnering with the customer, the HP OpenView certified named engineer will deliver personalized reactive and proactive support services.
The Services offering has 2 levels:
- HP OpenView Premier Services for customers with HP Standard level or Extended level support on their HP OpenView product(s)
- HP OpenView Critical Premier Services for customers with HP Critical level support on their HP OpenView product(s) as well as the hardware and operating system
The Premier Services offer a flexible package of proactive and enhanced reactive services delivered by a named HP OpenView certified support engineer assigned to your account, who is your dedicated resource and direct contact for any support issues. Building upon the reactive services you receive today with standard HP OpenView software support, the named engineer will deliver proactive services that will save you time and ensure application availability and reliability. Sharing your business priorities and acting as your advocate within HP, your named engineer helps you get the best out of your HP OpenView solution.
The Premier Services offering will be configurable regarding the number of management servers and product families you want covered by your HP OpenView Premier Services or HP OpenView Critical Premier Services support contract. Service enhancements are easily made by choosing specific OpenView technical services to be performed either remote or onsite. You can also enhance your offering with an HP OpenView Customer Alliance Manager who can be available to help with your post-sales business issues and needs as well as assist in streamlining your HP OpenView business tasks such as licensing, support contract administration, enhancement requests, contractual obligations and more.
The new Premier Services offering will replace Customer Care Premier services.
