The HP OpenView Premier Service covers one or more HP OpenView product families. The configuration of your HP OpenView Premier Service support contract determines which of your HP OpenView products are covered by that contract.

The following product families have been defined:

Note that the product families Usage Management and Telecom Management both aren't covered yet by HP OpenView Premier Service. Developer toolkits and Oracle for OpenView are excluded from coverage by HP OpenView Premier Service.
