With the HP OpenView Premier Service, technical services are an essential part of how HP helps you keep your HP OpenView solution performing to your expectations. These technical services improve your ability to proactively manage your HP OpenView application's configuration and operational practices in order to deliver the stability, performance and reliability you require.

However, correctly implementing your management tools is not enough. Best practices, proven software configurations and the right IT processes also are essential. Given the demands of day-to-day IT operations, time isn't always available for your staff to learn and implement new tools and procedures.

HP OpenView Premier Service customers can choose any of these services to be delivered within their IT environment. Your HP OpenView named engineer will work with you to explain, select or customize these to address your particular needs.

Each technical service will be delivered through your HP OpenView Premier Service support contract, based on the number of available HP OpenView Specialist Team Days. Seeing that each customer's site and environment is unique, your HP OpenView named engineer will work with you to define the amount of time that is expected to deliver a technical service. With this flexible approach we deliver a service that best meets your needs. You may need to purchase (additional) HP OpenView Specialist Team Days for delivery of technical services.

Services can only be delivered for HP OpenView products and management servers covered by your HP OpenView Premier Service support contract.
